Placed on order around Thanksgiving 2018 and as of March 22, 2019, the ring still has not arrived. Their excuse was that a tool broke and they had to remake it. This company has no concept of customer service and Sharon, the order desk clerk, is completely useless. Never did they reach out to offer any updates. Don't buy from this company. They are not dependable.
