I HIGHLY SUGGEST STAYING AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! I have had pest control service before from other companies, and never have I had to deal with this. I am on a monthly service, and have been for the past few years. The service tech also broke something in our backyard, but they never replaced, nor compensated for it. They are CONSTANTLY screwing up my bill, I have spent more of my time calling up every month asking for the 'correct' amount owed. Every time I call, the customer service rep is rude and uncooperative, they ask to call me back and never do. I have spoken with managers and still the same treatment. They said they would credit my account (because they forgot to come and service for snails) and half my yard was wiped out because of the snail problem. It took months just to get a mere $40 credit back to me. So take my word - CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!! Cons: RUDE - CARELESS - UNCOOPERATIVE - OVER PRICED - AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Beware of this company! We had there services for 3 years and one of their technicans knocked over and damaged an item of value in our backyard. Vertex agreed to replace the item but we had to make numerous phone calls and 9 months later they finally paid for the item. They also told us that we did not have to pay for their services for 3 months as an ""apology"". Once we received our check we cancelled our service, then they decided to bill us for the 3 months of free service. They sent us a letter asking for payment and in less than 30 days sent it to a collection agency. Do not do business with this company! Cons: Don't return calls , Untrustworthy, Badly managed more
