Verrazano Radiology Associates PC

I had to really fight to get an appointment time for an MRI for my son because I work in the day time and he goes to school.They told me to arrive at 3:30 PM,my appointment time was for 4:00PM. I rush to get there, arrived at 3:30 PM, I sign in and had to wait over half an hour just to get registered!! Would you believe that they called three people in to register who had all signed in well after I did??!! I finally had enough and spoke up because they were calling another person before me. The wait for the actual MRI was horrendous and my poor son fell asleep in a chair. It wasn't that crowded so I don't know what the probl was. Hopefully I will not have to go back there again for testing. Very unhappy. By the way the time is now 4:39 PM and we are still waiting!!! Very unprofessional indeed. more

This is connected with S. I hospital. Whatever mri, catscan, ultrasound, mammography you need they do it here. The place was recently redone in stylish decor. They always have a television on so you can see the news or other show. There is noone there to give you results immediately and thus waiting is the worst part about going here. You can sometimes wait up to 5 business days for results. more
