I had to really fight to get an appointment time for an MRI for my son because I work in the day time and he goes to school.They told me to arrive at 3:30 PM,my appointment time was for 4:00PM. I rush to get there, arrived at 3:30 PM, I sign in and had to wait over half an hour just to get registered!! Would you believe that they called three people in to register who had all signed in well after I did??!! I finally had enough and spoke up because they were calling another person before me. The wait for the actual MRI was horrendous and my poor son fell asleep in a chair. It wasn't that crowded so I don't know what the probl was. Hopefully I will not have to go back there again for testing. Very unhappy. By the way the time is now 4:39 PM and we are still waiting!!! Very unprofessional indeed.
