Unsatisfied but I think they can do better, they should understand, more than anything it's just quality of work counts more than being nice.

I knew nothing about Verbena but trust the Aveda product line and philosophy. Everyone is friendly and they have "free rituals" to ehnance the experience. I chose the chakra scents and a hand massage. Emily matched my hair color for a touch-up and followed the lines of the haircut I like. If you need to try a new salon, Verbena would be a good choice. more

This place is so cool. Everyone was really nice. I had the works done (hair cut, highlights and a color). I didn't spend all day in the salon. My hair stylist was quick and shared some cool new tricks for doing my hair....which I love, by the way! I even had my makeup done for free when I left and a free hand massage. more
