Unsatisfied but I think they can do better, they should understand, more than anything it's just quality of work counts more than being nice.

as usual... I've been to Verbena twice and was so happy and comfortable with my service on both occasions. Sydney was professional and completely efficient as well as proficient with my stylings. Looking forward to going back for my next cut! I'd recommend this Salon to anyone wanting a good damn haircut or just a trim and a bit of pampering for the body and mind. more

The atmosphere at Verbena is so welcoming and friendly that I'd go there even if I didn't need Josh to give me an excellent haircut. The shop is bright, clean and on the cutting edge of good-for-the-Earth products that please the customers as well. Every operator there seems so competent and tuned in to what the customer wants! Also, the communications with them are easy and on-line which is perfect for my lifestyle. more

I went to verbena randomly one day to just get a haircut and i got a whole little spa treatment! Josh knew exactly what to do with my super long hair and he cut it into light healthy layers without compromising the length. I got a complimentary glass of wine, head massage while he was shampooing, and face powder touch up and lip gloss application when i left. The cut was a bit pricy ($60) but worth it if you are getting something other than just a trim off the bottom. more

I moved to Charleston about two years ago. I'm pretty picky about who does my hair. I usually give a stylist one try and if I don't like it I go to another stylist or salon all together. I have seen three different stylists at Verbena and each one is great. They give me exactly what I ask for and my hair color always comes out shinny and beautiful. The conversation I have with them is enjoyable as well. I have recommended this salon to many of my friends. more
