Unsatisfied but I think they can do better, they should understand, more than anything it's just quality of work counts more than being nice.

Josh is the BEST! He's so interesting to talk with and he always goes the extra mile to please the customer. He actually listens to what you want! And he's great with a massaging shampoo and neck massage at the end. more
