This bank is horrible, Navy Federal Credit Union is way better! Vantage told us we could skip a payment, we filled out paper work they told us send a 50.00 check. We did all the above they cashed our check as they were suppose to for the skip a payment. Never informed us otherwise we come back from vacation to a letter from this bank saying we defaulted on our loan for Novembers payment. I called upset and was told we were disqualified and when I asked why they didn't contact us they said its not their responsibility! Was told we were disqualified due to our October car payment was not sent to them on time. This payment is allotted directly out of my husband military paycheck an sent to them! I was told oh well call the military tell them to pay your bills on time!! Really?! We had only 7 months left on our loan. Nice way to appreciate my husbands service and our 25,000 $$ we have paid u!!
