Vantage Credit Union phone center department is very unorganized. I had an auto loan with them - and have recently found out they reported 3 late payments on my credit report due to the phone reps giving and confirming the wrong information (just to get you off the phone), and they processed the payments whenever they feel like it and not the date that you actually call in. The worst part about it is that they provide you a receipt of payment using a written receipt. A non-computer receipt system is prone to errors. Its hell getting the lates off of my credit file - but if I have to take them to court I will. I warn you do not choose this company for an auto loan.
