We had a grate expierence 8/23/2014

We came out of our way to the Sheboygan Van Horn because the people here were easy to deal with and friendly. This is the 4th sonata that we have bought and will recommend this dealership. more

Very Pleasant Experience With Francis 8/22/2014

My experience with Francis was very good. He was very pleasant. He actually took me all the way to Fond du Lac to look at some cars that I was interested in so I really appreciated that. Other than that I just enjoyed my experience with him. He's a very nice man to talk to and very easy to talk to. more

Overall a good experience 1/4/2014

This was our first new car my wife and I have purchased. Our sales consultant, Nic York was amazing. He was knowledgable and easy to deal with. He was personable and it was apparent he wanted to connect with his customers on a personal level. However, we were not impressed by the sales manager, he was a little rude and talked over us. If it was not for Nic's great customer service skills we would have went to a different dealership. We love the car and would return again. We would highly recommend asking for Nic York if you plan to buy a car from Van Horn Hyundai in Sheboygan. more

Looking for something special? 6/20/2013

I went to Van Horn Hyundai to test drive a new Veloster. I met Tom L and he was fun and informative. He helped with our new car buying experience and he went "above & beyond". I special ordered the exact car that I wanted and they found it so quick, I had it in just a couple of days. more

Fast, Great service! 5/12/2013

I needed to stop at Van Horn Hyundai for other business and since it was time for an oil change, I thought I'd stop in to the service desk to see if they had any openings. I know they are very busy and I normally don't just "pop-in" but I figured I try anyway. Brian Siegert, the service desk advisor, took a look at his schedule and saw an opening that fit perfectly in his schedule. By the time my other business was completed, the oil change on my vehicle was done and I was on my way, easy-peasy. Thank you Brian for squeezing me in! more
