This was our first new car my wife and I have purchased. Our sales consultant, Nic York was amazing. He was knowledgable and easy to deal with. He was personable and it was apparent he wanted to connect with his customers on a personal level. However, we were not impressed by the sales manager, he was a little rude and talked over us. If it was not for Nic's great customer service skills we would have went to a different dealership. We love the car and would return again. We would highly recommend asking for Nic York if you plan to buy a car from Van Horn Hyundai in Sheboygan.
