I came up to Van. Horn from. Milwaukee and I could not be happier with my experience. I worked with Rosie and she made sure to answer all of my questions and to explain everything about the car to me. Freddy and Anthony did an awesome job getting me to the monthly payments that I was comfortable with. Over all everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. I will recommend and refer anyone that is looking to get a new car to come to Van Horn. more

Francis Was The Best Part Of This Purchase! 10/14/2014

The best thing about getting a car today was going through Francis. What we liked about Francis was we told him when we first started looking that we didn't want to be bothered with phone calls, that we would take our time and when we were ready we would come in. He honored that request and just sent us an email every now and then, but he didn't bug us. One of the things we liked the most was that he was not high pressure. We felt he was very honest and straight-forward. Except for the fact that he's not a Packer fan he's a wonderful person. more

We worked wi Rosie and Freddy to get our new car. They both were very friendly and helpful. Rosie let us test drive as many cars as we wanted and we picked a 2011 Ford Fusion. We worked with Francis today and he was the one who sold us the Carr. At first we weren't going to buy it but he said all the right things that made us purchase it. We are very happy with our experience today. Fran was very helpful and friendly. He made sure to answer all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer he went to find it. Repairs due to accident 10/7/2014
