Fast Service Experience 10/30/2014

I went in for an oil change and an air filter. They got me in and out fast. Everyone is very friendly, from the first service personal (Brian) to the cashier (Donna). Francis saw me and actually remembered me, and it’s been over a year since he sold me the car. more

Service is always prompt and courteous. They have a new drive up area which is nice in bad weather. Waiting area is clean and comfortable and coffee is available. more

Jeremy my salesman was plesant and accomidating but his manager was not! 10/27/2014

My salesman was helping me find a used car. After test driving a Kia Sorento. I discovered several small issues with the car. I was brought to the sales manager. When I informed him of the defects he proceeded to pull out a check list of the car and told me the ISSUES I WAS HAVING HAVE ALREADY BEEN FIXED. What an insult. I didn't even bother walking him out to the car and show him the mirrors don't work. I guess if the sheet of paper says everything is ok them it must be right. Talk about undermining a salesperson. Good luck trying to get my business and making up for this one! more
