I brought my newly purchased used Grand Caravan in for it's first oil change and was given a list of repairs that were needed (wiper blade, air filter, tires by winter etc). Plus I mentioned a flickering dash light that appeared the first day I owned it and they tried charging me a diagnostic fee. After voicing our complaints and several phone calls and visits to the dealership - they did replace the wiper and air filter and gave a 1 year warranty on the headlamp (for the flickering). Overall - we are now satisfied with our service. more
