We walked in expecting to get rushed like we were at "the other place"...like a pack of dogs on a bone! But instead we were nicely greeted and pointed in the right direction and then we were left to shop around. Our salesman only stopped by to check in again when he saw we were taking up residence on one particular living room set. We were pleasantly surprised and received our furniture within 4 days. The leather kit was accidentally forgotten but they popped it right in the mail for me.
