Looked around for a good price on installing a A/C, Then my neighbor recommend Valley Heating so I gave them a call and I don't regret it they did a wonderful job at a good price.

pleasant, informative and efficient 4/23/2010

We had a new hybrid system installed, consisting of furnace and heat pump AC. It runs on either gas or electricity, which is useful because we have solar panels. It went very well from start to finish. the estimator was pleasant, informative and efficient. The installation seemed very complex (attic, garage, crawl space), but the two gentlemen were professional and worked hard to keep the house as clean as possible. The work was done in two days, as promised. more

ery professional and answered all my questions 4/22/2010

I had used Valley Heating for duct vacuuming almost 2 yeas ago. Recently decided to replace the furnace and AC and got estimates from two companies. Decided to go with Valley since it was a company I used in the past and they had good reviews online, work for the next Thursday and Friday. On Thursday, a crew of 3 installers with 2 vans came out. Since they had 3 guys, they were able to finish in 1 day. The head installer Ray was very professional and answered all my questions. They put drop cloths down everywhere they went in the house and made sure to close the bedroom doors to reduce the amount of dust that got in there. The install went well and they explained everything about the system to. more

We will use them again in the future. 4/20/2010

We had Valley Heating & Cooling remove and replace 2 furnaces for us 1 year ago. They Also installed underneath our house new duct work about 6 floor registers. They were prompt. They came in and delivered the type of equipment they said they were going to do and hooked it up. They had to then follow up with some inspection, and they came back and installed what our city requested at no extra cost to us. We were pleased with that. Their workmanship was good. We will use them again in the future. more

very helpful 4/7/2010

They come in to check the furnace and the AC once a year in March. They have been good so far. Since, I have terrible allergies, I spoke to them before I could get the furnace and the AC installed. So, they recommended some special filters on the furnace and a UV light on my central air conditioning system. It helped me tremendously and it was something that impressed me a lot. The person I spoke to said that at that time the UV light was just being developed and it would undoubtedly be available in a couple of years. They were very helpful. I used to pay them each time when they came in to check, but this year they suggested me to go in for the 5 year plan, as it was less expensive. I will definitely use their services in the future as well. more

very competent and polite... 3/24/2010

Just had my furnace replaced with a new high efficiency model by these guys. (September 2009) My house is on two levels and the top is always hot and the bottom, freezing. The Rep was punctual, and efficient. The admin staff was very competent and polite, setting up appointments and calling to confirm. But the installers were the best - punctual, knowledgeable, patient and friendly, worked neatly and carefully and treated my home with respect. I will certainly recommend them to my neighbors. Special kudos to Felix for outstanding customer service.? more

They do great work and the owners aren't bad people themselves. They really do take care of there customers and they offer great products. Choose Carrier for Furnace / AC...the best brand. more

the service was excellent 3/15/2010

This is Gary Shara, San Jose business attorney and host of the cable TV program "Minding Your Business". The heater in my mother's house went out during a cold stretch last winter. We called Valley Heating and Cooling. Cindy Faulkner of Valley Heating and Cooling immediately sent a technician out to assess the problem and deliver space heaters to keep her warm before installing a new furnace. The service was excellent! My mother thought that the Valley Heating and Cooling technician was "such a nice young man, very kind and pleasant". Thank you, Cindy and Valley Heating & Cooling. My family was very pleased with the service received from Valley Heating and Cooling and with the cleanup afterwards. Everything was left neat, clean and tidy. more

Absolutely Great! 3/11/2010

With the amount of flaky contractors out there, we had an excellent experience with Valley. We had a routine maintenance done, and found out our furnace was bad. It was very old. Ray came out and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, and worked with our budget. The installer came on time, and he was super organized and clean, which we appreciated. They called to confirm all of our appointments and kept on schedule as promised. I love their Old fashioned service motto. It really showed that they care about us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! more
