Just had my furnace replaced with a new high efficiency model by these guys. (September 2009) My house is on two levels and the top is always hot and the bottom, freezing. The Rep was punctual, and efficient. The admin staff was very competent and polite, setting up appointments and calling to confirm. But the installers were the best - punctual, knowledgeable, patient and friendly, worked neatly and carefully and treated my home with respect. I will certainly recommend them to my neighbors. Special kudos to Felix for outstanding customer service.?
