I am a repeat customer of Valley Furniture. I just bought a coach and sofa made by Broyhill (about $1, 700) from the store in Rohnert Park. I was told that back cushions have dividers in them so that their fillings does not shift and bulge over time. Well, this same thing happened only after 4 weeks of normal use. The back cushions looked unpleasant and the whole furniture looked very used as the results of this. I called Ken the sales person. He was very nice and promised to get back to me shortly. He called me back in less than an hour and arranged to pick them up for repair. The crew showed up the next day and took the furniture back. They brought them back in two days and now they look much better. I was very pleased with the service which they provided me.\r
