I've been a patient at this office since 2006 & have always recieved wonderful care. The staff is friendly & Dr. Soloman is really nice & easy to talk to about my issues. more

Dr. Bahla and staff are definatly not anyone that I would ever want to see again. Their bedside manner is terrible and they don't ever call you back when they say they will. Dr. Bahla lets his staff have too much control over his practice. I asked the manager to have the Dr. call me and she said ok but never did. Over all they are just rude and the meds that I got made my pain worse. more

OFFICE STAFF is not friendly nor helpful! Also had to wait an entire week to just get a phone call back... more

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! Dr. Viji Mahadevan MD, is not friendly and compassionate. I have seen her a few times because I had no other choice, however I am looking for a new Doctor. more

I just started going to VAC a couple months ago. Their staff is not very friendly or helpful. There were discrepencies between what my Dr. told me and what the staff arranged when it came to follow up appointments. I lost my insurance and am now having to self pay and can't afford to go to the office now. They called me about blood work results and wanted me to come in to discuss them. I explained that I lost my insurance and can't afford self pay. They told me they would discuss it with the Dr. and call me right back. A week later and still no call. I called them to get copies of my chart and the girl acted like a teenager and was very self important and hard to understand the way she was speaking. Over all I would not recomment this Dr. to anyone. more

I was referred to Dr Mahadevan by my primary physician. I am new to AZ and have found the ""medical field"" hard to manuever. After reading the review from rh417 I was extremely nervous to meet her. I have now seen her twice and I really like her. She is friendly, seems very caring and very intuitive as to what I needed. Her diagnosis was quick and she was able to provide me with expert care to ease my pain. This will be a long process, but I have full confidence in her as my physician. What may be mistaken as rudeness in her, is just that she lets you talk and when you have told her what she needs to know she may interrupt with her own questions. Follow up appointments are hard to book as she is so busy, however I have found the office girls to be good. Her nurse, Linda, is awesome. In closing, I feel reviews are very helpful, but the best thing to do is to find out for yourself. We all interact with others in a different way. After seeing Dr. Viji Mahadevan MD, FACR my wife was so upset she could barely speak. The Doctor has terrible manners, talking over a patient rather than listen, walking out before the visit is over, not giving complete instructions for specialist visits that she has arranged, and a very nasty attitude. My wife had the same RA doctor for 17 years and would be with her still if she had not moved out of state. She was assigned Mahadevan by her primary care doctor, and has basically been treated as sub-human by this supposedly healer. She needs a new job because she has no vocation for this one. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND VAC TO ANYONE. EVERY STAFF MEMBER IS VERY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE. I AM IN EVERY 3 MONTHS FOR FIBRO AND i HAVE NEVER WAITED MORE THAN 3 MINUTES FOR DR. MAHADEVAN TO COME IN THE ROOM. YOU GET ALL THE EXTRA TIME, CARE , EXPLANATIONS AND OPTIONS YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I would suggest that Fibro patients see Brady at VAC. I have had the best care for my fibro with him more

I'VE BEEN SEEING DR. SOLOMAN FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR NOW. I'M AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THERE CARE OVER AT THE OFFICE INCLUDING THE OFFICE STAFF AND THE ASSISTANT. I MOST DEF. HAVE HAD INPROVEMENT WITH MYSELF AND MY CARE. more

TO BEGIN WITH ARIZONA HEALTH CARE IS THE WORSE AND THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALISM THAT A DR NEEDS TO EXEMPLIFY DEFINATELY IS LACKING FROM THIS OFFICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SICK GO TO THIS CLINIC BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FAX ME MY MEDICAL REPORTS CLAIMING A FALSE STATEMENT ABOUT THE PRIVACY LAWS. EVERY DR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE PATIENTS SEE THERE RESULTS AND TO ARGUE OVER THE PHONE ABOUT IT WHEN SOMEONE IS VERY ILL IS PATHETIC. ALSO I CALLED TO INFORM THE DR I COULD NOT DO A NECESSARY MRI AND IT IS OVER A WEEK AND NO ONE FROM THIS OFFICE CALLED BACK TO ARRANGE A DIFFERENT TEST OR HELP ME OR EVEN JUST FOLLOW UP WITH ME. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND UNCARING STAFF. more
