I just started going to VAC a couple months ago. Their staff is not very friendly or helpful. There were discrepencies between what my Dr. told me and what the staff arranged when it came to follow up appointments. I lost my insurance and am now having to self pay and can't afford to go to the office now. They called me about blood work results and wanted me to come in to discuss them. I explained that I lost my insurance and can't afford self pay. They told me they would discuss it with the Dr. and call me right back. A week later and still no call. I called them to get copies of my chart and the girl acted like a teenager and was very self important and hard to understand the way she was speaking. Over all I would not recomment this Dr. to anyone.
