I enjoyed my experience at this pet clinic. I brought my two kittens in, and there were a myriad of animals with us in the waiting room, including two pigs! The front office staff was very friendly and were nice to my kittens. Wait times were short. The vet himself was, a bit quirky - but in a good way! He gave a lot of useful information in a short amount of time, was friendly, and sent me and my kittens on our way with minimal damage to my wallet. I will definitely be back. more

This is the best hospital to take your pets for treatment. The doctors are very patient, kind and loving to the animals. more

Our 2yr old Siberian Husky had a runny, irritated eye that broke my heart so I began a local quest to find a good vet. I found that Valley Animal Hospital had a lot of reviews, most of which were good, so off we went. Found out that this place is open from 6-9pm which is perfect for people who have lives and can't get away from their responsibilities until later in the evenings. The Doc was cool like Doc from Back to the Future and knew what was up with our big boy in matter of seconds. He prescribed some eye drops and gave us tips on exercise and grooming as well. It had been a while since he had his vaccinations so we asked if they could do it and the Doc took care of it lickity-split. Three injections and some deworming juice just in case and not a whimper from our beloved hound. The Doc knows his stuff and we'll be back next summer for more shots. I came here to get good care for my pooch, not because it was the cheapest vet in town.I didn't worry about them deflating my wallet. It doesn't seem like that kind of place. We got a a diagnosis, prescribed treatment, updated vaccinations, and a deworming for the road for a reasonable price. I was prepared to pay double that but I didn't have to. Thanks for taking care of my big boyee guys! See you next year! more

My wife and I had a chihuahua that developed a back problem at 4 1/2 years old, his spinal cord was caught in his vertebrae, overnight he became paralyzed. VAH treated him, he regained the use of his legs and lived a very happy, normal life. We had another dog, a german shepherd mix, who was terminal, I cannot express the gratitude we have for the care, love and compassion they showed both our dog and us, If you love your pets, and we've walked out of their for much less than $300, depends on what your there for,just like anything else, you won't find a better place for the money, effort and love that they give. more

We were on vacation when our 18 year old daughter called us hysterical because our two bull terriers got into it and one was bleeding badly. Although our daughter is responsible she didnt have experience with bloody injuries. After calming our daughter down we called Valley Animal Hospital and told them the situation. Our daughter simply drove our dog over to the facility and was met at her car to bring our dog in and the staff took over from there, simply telling our daughter to come back in 4 hours. Our dog had two head wounds and was stitched up beautifully. Our daughter was given a prescription on the spot and left with big smiles. We came home from vacation and our dog was in great shape. I took my 10 year old rottweiler to this facility because he wasn't feeling good. They keep the dog for 3 night and 4days and start antibiotic right away more

this is actually one of the few good hospitals i've been to, great doctors, friendly and caring staff, if they have been in the san fernando valley for over 40 years there is probably a good reason don't you all think? i hightly recommend them to all my family and friends. more

I always go there no problems so far! All of you people who are complaining are cheap, you say you love your animals so much but don't want to pay for their well being. Of course, if the animal is very sick not even if you take them to best hospital they are not going to be able to save them. Just remember that when you die your family still will have to pay for your hospital even if you pass away because the service was done. more

Everything about that hospital was a wonderful experience for me. The people in it and the pets. The staff is wonderful they are like a family to me..to be honest I loved working there even though it was pretty busy and we had a lot of cranky clients. more

So My Dog Roxy Red Fox got hit by a car and she was going to need surgery done on here broken tibia and fibula so i called many vets and they were all charging me in the thousands some were all high priced and really rude and inconsiderate .. i was feeling lost and i didn't know what to do and then i found Valley Animal Hospital..:) I called and talked to George and he was very very helpful. he set me up with a morning appt. I came in and he walked me and roxy red fox right to the back room. i was worried i couldn't afford the bill of having surgery on my dog.but i was able to get a payment plan which eased my financial stress Alot!! and the doctor was very very helpful, genuine and well Handsome !! he genuinely cared for my feelings and my pup.... Omar the surgical technician was also very very cool ... thanks guys I personally will go here again...
