Their prices are reasonable and the loving technicians try there hardest to make sure the pets are taken care of correctly. Dr. David is AWESOME!! Dr. Lucero is very organized and consistent, and Dr. Haubert really knows his Veterinary Medicine!!! The receptionist are always running from the front desk to the back and trying to help as many people as possible. They are always willing to help, I know its a long wait and sometimes when the staff is rushed it feels like they might not care, behind closed doors they are extremely caring of your pets!!! Yes I know they are busy group but I know that it has not interfered with quality care for my pets. I have to share my experience last month. We were on vacation when our 18 year old daughter called us hysterical because our two bull terriers got into it and one was bleeding badly. Although our daughter is responsible she didnt have experience with bloody injuries. After calming our daughter down we called Valley Animal Hospital and told them the situation. Our daughter simply drove our dog over to the facility and was met at her car to bring our dog in and the staff took over from there, simply telling our daughter to come back in 4 hours. Our dog had two head wounds and was stitched up beautifully. Our daughter was given a prescription on the spot and left with big smiles. We came home from vacation and our dog was in great shape. Dr. Haubert has always been kind, considerate and excellent with the work he has done for our rescue. The only vet we allow to do our cherry eyes on our dogs is Dr. Haubert. The practice is very busy, that is true. I think the cost of veterinary care has skyrocketed to begin with ... but blame it on George W. and don't blame it on Dr. Haubert. I don't care where you go today, vet care is expensive. I'm sorry that Dr. Haubert is taking the slam for this. Hang in there, Doc more

I went in with my two cats, for shots in February 2006. Everyone was very nice and all the techs were very good with the cats, my cats were very afraid. The techs did not spook them, and worked very hard to let the cats get used to them before starting the check up. I have recommended them to two friends, and each have thanked me after going in with their pets more

I just wanted to share my personal experience with Valley Animal Hospital. As a very concerned pet owner, I've been to numerous veterinary clinics in the past and none compare to the service and medical attention you will receive at Valley Animal Hospital; so much that I drive the 15 miles just to pick up my pet food. They treat my pet with the utmost care and always give me their undivided attention. What I really enjoy, which you won't see at many clinics, is that they have very little turn-over with their staff. They know you by name (if you're a regular) and if you're a first-time customer, they still give you excellent service and make an effort to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I've been a customer for about 2 years now, and I've found that the majority of their clientele are return-customers. I stand behind Valley Animal Hospital. They truly care for their patients and provide excellent medical and customer service. The down-fall of having such a successful practice that you will experience a lengthy wait at times. But it's only because they are in high-demand. If you make an appointment, you're better off. They make a huge effort to accomodate your schedule by being open 7 days a week. more

Everything about that hospital was a wonderful experience for me. The people in it and the pets. The staff is wonderful they are like a family to me..to be honest I loved working there even though it was pretty busy and we had a lot of cranky clients more

It seams to me the only reason why people post reviews on this site about VAH is because they have had a bad experience. I believe when people are upset sometimes they can be a little dramatic. I am so happy i found this place when my dog was sick, it was the best place i could have taken her, the receptionists are kind and alert.The vets themselves are gentle with the animals,they have grooming specials every Tuesday, they have a little boutique in the office that has doggie/kitty beds, feeding bowls, and purses and notebooks. The overall health results were wonderful, i always take my dog there. They are also very clear to explain about medication, and the prices are reasonable. more

I bought a new puppy who became very ill immediately. The vet and staff here were wonderful about his care and followup. I received daily calls to update me on his progress and all the information and phone time I needed to feel good about his stay. They even made time for me to visit with the dog. Looks like someone has a vendetta about this place. You've made your point - when you repeat yourself in different screen names your hatred kinda reverses on itself as people, like me who read ratings, get the idea that the only thing wrong with this place was letting you in. My experience is different. These are compassionate, well trained professionals who did a procedure on my dog Pris. Pain free for me, they were very cool. Probably pain free for Pris too. Very good. I plan to use them when I get another dog as well. more
