Great staff at Doug's agency 3/7/2011

It's so nice to walk into the State Farm office and the first thing I see is Sue's smiling face. When Sue says she will take care of something for me, I know I can count on her. Not only does she do a good job taking care of all my insurance stuff, but she takes a real interest in me personally and my family. Nobody likes to go see the insurance guy but Sue sure makes it a pleasant experience. more

Doug is a man of integrity, offered his best advice 2/15/2011

I have known Doug for over forty years and are from the same hometown of Dubuque, Iowa. I do business with him, not because he is a good friend, but because he is a man of integrity. He has been my insurance agent forever and has me set up with the policies I need. I have never felt like I was ""sold"" but rather counseled on my insurance much like an attorney or Doctor deals with their patients. Do yourself a favor and do business with Doug and his awesome staff! more
