Worst customer service ever. My daughter and my husband took her car in to get an estimate for service after she got into an accident. They received a quote and my husband and I told our daughter she had to save her money if she wanted to get her car fixed since the accident was her fault. Over the last year and a half my daughter worked to save up the money needed for the estimate. In November 2014 she had finally saved up enough and went back to the body shop to schedule her repairs. The original quote was old (March 2013) but she gave it to the body shop representative and was told it was still good. She scheduled her repairs and when she took her car in she was told by someone named Kevin that the estimate was no good and that someone had signed his name on the estimate in March 2013 because he would never sign off on an estimate that quoted the repairs at such a low cost. He then said the repairs would cost three times what the estimate was for. Kevin was same person that my daughter and husband spoke to back in March 2013 but today he claimed his signature was forged and they would not honor the estimate. Unfortunately my husband passed away in April 2014 so he's not able to work this out with the shop himself. I completely understand that the repairs might cost more than what was quoted but to claim ignorance and deny the estimate that the body shop provided is absolutely crazy. If you made the mistake, then you should eat that extra cost yourself. Instead they turned away what could have been loyal customers and a positive review because Kevin has a bad memory and made an mistake. It appears that this is not the only one star review for The Valencia Body Shop so they should be focusing more on customer service and honoring their word then turning away business because of their own mistake. more

Terrible service! Wasted time and money...but will still get paid by my insurance company even though I have lost money waiting, waiting, and waiting for my car and paying for a rental. Its been over 30 days now and I haven't even seen the car since dropping it off in November. For your own piece of mind, don't subject yourself to this experience. more

I've had to use Valencia Body Shop a few times over the last few years. Each time I am very impressed at their fast service and quality work. They have inhouse insurance specialists who are credentialed with the major insurance companies, so they can have your repair approved and parts ordered the same day as your visit. more

No one likes anything to happen to their cars but when it does you want a company that will do a good job. These folks were knowledgable and curtious and handled our repair in a timely manner. They use new parts not used so you feel your car has never been hit when you get it back. They deal with the insurance companies which takes the pressure off me. It was good experience dealing with true professionals. more

This place was absolutely AWEFUL. They are NOT customer service friendly at all (except for the two receptionists, which are VERY friendly... a good thing for frontline staff). They'll make your car sit for a week before they even touch it, then they'll tell you that your car will be in the shop for a week...which will then extend to a MONTH and they'll give you the excuse that they can only work on your car for a maximum of 4 hours a day. It seems to me they're too busy, which is the reason the car takes forever. When I initially went in, I told them I wanted my car to be perfect.... I didn't want to see any blemishes or think they can get away with a shotty job. I got the car back, and not only were there HUGE blemishes in the paint (I'm talking chipped paint, areas that remained the EXACT same as they went in, circles in the paint, areas that weren't buffed out, paint ALL over the top of the car, paint overspray all over the car, dirt from dirty feet all over the carpet floor mats, white water marks all over the car, etc....and if THAT wasn't bad enough.... there was a HUGE scratch in the chrome rim that was NOT there prior to the car going in. And if THAT wasn't bad enough, they used ALL my gas in my car (which I had 15 miles left when the car went in),but told me that the car was not driven at all, and only went in and out of the work shop.YEAH RIGHT!They also gave me my car back with a dead battery...they left the cap off the battery, so I knew they messed with it. Fine, mess with it, but put everything back the way it was! The guy told me the car was PERFECT,and it was FAR from perfect. All he wanted to do was apologize. Don't apologize, just do it right the first time. My car went back 3 times (I guess the 3rd time's a charm!) before it was right...and it took a month+. I have had some crappy jobs in the past, but this is by FAR the worst. DON'T USE VALENCIA BODY SHOP OR THEIR SISTER BODY SHOP ON CENTER POINT DRIVE OFF SOLEDAD!!! Do yourself a favor!!!! Boo!
