Very satisfied my interaction with the staff is phenomenal. Dr Vu has been a dream. Her expertise are amazing. She worked on both my upper and lower eyelids. She id such a great job that I dont have no scars. I had minimal swelling after my procedure. Im truly happy and I will recomend Dr. Vu to my friends :) more

DO NOT GO HERE! I am not one to complain but my treatment here has been inhuman. This was the first surgical procedure I have got done in my life, and it has scarred me horribly. The only reason I wanted to get it done was for my daughter's wedding. So here is how the story goes. First time I arrived at her office I was pressured to get both my upper and lower lids done. Being my first time, I was not well informed and excited and nervous to get it done but I agreed. BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE! After a few weeks, I see that I have major problems with them. My eyelids are cut unevenly, which is clearly visible. I go back for check ups and tell her the problems but every time I tell her the problem, her response every time is, ""Oh, that's normal"" or ""it's still swollen, give it time."" A whole bunch of excuses and never living up to the mistake she made. Not only are they uneven, I have protruding lumps from are the incisions due to her botched suture job. I cannot advise anyone enough to STAY AWAY! Hopefully my eyes are somewhat normal by my daughter's wedding. Dr. Hannah Vu is all about the money. Her patient care, her surgical skills, and her work ethic are horrible and that is putting it nicely. If she admitted to her mistake then that would make it more acceptable but her combative responses make me livid. Again, please, DO NOT GO HERE! It's in your best interest to find a Doctor that actually cares about their patients and has the skills to complete procedures correctly. more

Warning.....Warning...beware! I went into the Laser Pro Cosemetic Center on Valley Blvd in Rosemead, CA and was unfortunate to come across Dr. Hannah Vu. While I was given the consultation everyone was extremely helpful and nice, to get me to sign the contract and start treatment. That is when the nightmare began, the Fraxel Laser treament which ran me thousands of dollars was painful and resulted in more facial brown spots than I had before. After every treatment my face would swell up and I would experience excruciating pain, I would go to my follow up and tell Dr. Vu what would happen and I was told it was normal I was not seeing any results and I would be told that it required more treatment. After my 6th treatment (and most painful) I was told I needed to pay for more. My condition had gotten worst instead of better and I was told I need to pay for 6 more. After demanding my money back they refused to take my calls or make another appointment. This was a horrible experience and now my face is worst off than before. Do not go to this center unless you are looking to give your money away! Pros: Nice when trying to get your money Cons: Terrible Results more

Charged me thousands of dollars for Thermage treatment and nothing at all happened. Refused to work with me, refused to refund money, refused to keep appointments, refused to give me a copy of the contract unless I paid $25.00. Refused to take phone calls, refused to answer letters, refused to answer Emails. The Therma-Cool machine malfunctioned and my face was burned. Pros: They treat you real nice until they get your money. Cons: You end up feeling violated, abused and cheated. more
