Warning.....Warning...beware! I went into the Laser Pro Cosemetic Center on Valley Blvd in Rosemead, CA and was unfortunate to come across Dr. Hannah Vu. While I was given the consultation everyone was extremely helpful and nice, to get me to sign the contract and start treatment. That is when the nightmare began, the Fraxel Laser treament which ran me thousands of dollars was painful and resulted in more facial brown spots than I had before. After every treatment my face would swell up and I would experience excruciating pain, I would go to my follow up and tell Dr. Vu what would happen and I was told it was normal I was not seeing any results and I would be told that it required more treatment. After my 6th treatment (and most painful) I was told I needed to pay for more. My condition had gotten worst instead of better and I was told I need to pay for 6 more. After demanding my money back they refused to take my calls or make another appointment. This was a horrible experience and now my face is worst off than before. Do not go to this center unless you are looking to give your money away!
