quick and efficient plumbing service 1/31/2017

We had a leak in the wall coming from the main line up to our kitchen sink and Souza and Viviani Plumbing sent someone out to replace it. Our place was built in the 1950s and the pipes were never replaced, so we were stuck in a big jam, had to turn water off and everything. He came out and was done in 4 hours or so. He had to crawl into house and everything, so it was a decent size job but they were quick and efficient. The repair is done now and we are pleased with that. We didn't do a whole lot of looking around at other places because we were kind of stuck, but I did some research online and their prices seemed to be in line with other contractors. The gentleman that came out and did the work was very nice. I didn't have any reservations about his character or anything else, so I would have no problem in recommending him and I would if some of the neighbors or friends happen to ask. I would certainly do that. more

Great work! 1/25/2017

We've called Souza & Viviani Plumbing in several times over the past four years. The most recent time was when our bath tub was stopped up. We've had John Souza visit us before, and we've known him for quite a while. This time he sent a young man, who was also an exceptionally good plumber. He was professional and appeared on time, and fixed our problem. We really appreciate John and his crew! more

I have been using Souza & Viviani for the past four years. They are professional. They are friendly. Their customer service is great. They do what they say they are going to do. The only problem is that they had to come back once to fix a problem, which was not necessarily their fault. I think they were trying to save me money instead of having to replace everything entirely, which I appreciate. They're very good when I say they need to come back. I appreciate that too. You can be sure they are going to be there when they say they are going to be. They rarely don't come within their two hour window. They always get in and get the job done. They tell you what they did, how they fixed it, and if they have any concerns. I like their giving a good perspective on what the situation is. I highly recommend them. more

We've been clients of Souza & Viviani Plumbing for years! I trust their opinions, I trust their judgment, I never feel like they are trying to sell me something expensive just for the sake of selling it. They've done a number of large projects for us, they always treat is really well and never talk down to us. I have recommended them numerous times! more

When I called Souza & Viviani Plumbing Co they made every effort to try and service me as soon as possible. This was not my first time using them. I have used them three or four times. Everything always turns out right. Whatever problem I ask them to come out for is fixed and they make recommendations about what needs to be done in the future. more

I am so pleased with Souza and Viviani Plumbing Company. They went the extra mile, and then some. Factories no longer make the basin lines from the faucet to the knobs in my bathroom, and I needed to be replaced. The fixtures themselves are beautiful, and an important aesthetic in the room. Lucky for me, John saved old parts and happened to have what no other place did -- a proper replacement that didn't just serve a functional purpose, but it upheld the aesthetic integrity of my fixture. more

Very Dependable and Very Thorough! 5/1/2015

I had Souza & Viviani Plumbing Co. come out to my home due to a water leak in one of my water tanks in a vacant in-law unit. The guys couldn't have been nicer. They were very respectful and arrived when they said they would. They did exactly what they told me they were going to do, and now the problem is entirely fixed. The prices were reasonable and I would, even though I hope I don't have to, use them again! more

Very Happy With Service! 2/25/2015

I have used Souza and Viviani Plumbing Co. on two occasions and both times it's been excellent. The first job I had them do was install some new faucets and fix a leak, and the second time they were out at the house they moved my gas line. Both times, they were professional and courteous. They arrived when they were supposed to and did exactly what they said they would do. Most importantly, it's all done on a fair price. I will definitely use them again should a need arise in the future. more

Fantastic! 2/4/2015

We have been using Souza and Viviani Plumbing Co for over six years and they are great at their job! The workers are clean and neat and we have never had any repercussions or repeats whenever they come out for their job. The last job they did for me was install a cartridge in my electric toilet and now it works perfectly! The prices are very reasonable and they really value their customers! I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. more

Great experience, good people and easy to work with. 1/29/2015

I called Souza and Viviani Plumbing for the leak I had under the kitchen sink of my rental home. I called them and they came right over the next day. They jumped on it and took good care of it. He communicated with me what he was doing and that is why I rate them 5 stars. more

Friendly customer service with reasonable rates. 1/23/2015

Souza and Viviani Plumbing provides friendly customer service with reasonable rates. This is the second time that we've called them out. They were able to send someone over in a pinch after hours, and they were actually able to do this on both occasions. Their rates are reasonable and not sky high like most other places. I would highly recommend them to others. more

I had a great experience with SOUZA AND VIVIANI PLUMBING CO. I had them put in a new water heater. They were quick, efficient and the price was right. I have had people in the past that I would call and they would not bother to call me back. They are reliable and do great work! I recommend them. more

Very responsive, does a good job, and follows the work order exactly 8/12/2014

We have been working with Souza and Viviani Plumbing for several months now. John Souza helps us. He is definitely one of our best vendors. John is awesome. He is very knowledgeable, good with people, and very handy. He can do more than just plumbing. He has helped us on projects ranging from new sewer lines, to clearing clogs, and he is highly knowledgeable of other plumbing related issues. John has great communication skills and is very responsive. He follows the work order exactly and makes sure to get proper approval if necessary. He goes where we go; whether that is in Tracy, Richmond, or wherever we need him. more

Everything went very well with Souza and Viviani Plumbing Co. The quality of the product was good, and the price was reasonably good. The price I paid ended up being one hundred dollars less than what they quoted over the phone. more

Wonderful and Professional 2/25/2010

The technician was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was glad I was not coerced into buying anything I didn't need, the job was done perfectly and my newly remodeled kitchen works like a dream. No leaks or any other repairs needed after they installed my new kitchen sink, dishwasher, and disposal. more
