Review content:
I have been using Souza & Viviani for the past four years. They are professional. They are friendly. Their customer service is great. They do what they say they are going to do. The only problem is that they had to come back once to fix a problem, which was not necessarily their fault. I think they were trying to save me money instead of having to replace everything entirely, which I appreciate. They're very good when I say they need to come back. I appreciate that too. You can be sure they are going to be there when they say they are going to be. They rarely don't come within their two hour window. They always get in and get the job done. They tell you what they did, how they fixed it, and if they have any concerns. I like their giving a good perspective on what the situation is. I highly recommend them.
