We have been working with Souza and Viviani Plumbing for several months now. John Souza helps us. He is definitely one of our best vendors.
John is awesome. He is very knowledgeable, good with people, and very handy. He can do more than just plumbing. He has helped us on projects ranging from new sewer lines, to clearing clogs, and he is highly knowledgeable of other plumbing related issues.
John has great communication skills and is very responsive. He follows the work order exactly and makes sure to get proper approval if necessary. He goes where we go; whether that is in Tracy, Richmond, or wherever we need him.
