Sickening. Brought my cat in with symptoms of bladder infection, and they said her bladder was empty, therefore didn't take a urine sample. Sent me away with three days of pain medicine. My cat's symptoms resumed, and 10 days later I called and asked for liquid Clavamox to treat her with. They refused to do it, before doing many more tests. I am a disabled woman with under poverty income and they knew that. I didn't have the funds to do extensive testing like she wanted to do. The vet was rude and impatient, and showed no compassion in this field of animal care. Hurt me badly. Now instead of treating her bladder infection as she is in a lot of pain, I have to give her up or put her down. I told them this, but they refused to help. What is the matter with Medford? I came from California, and what a marked difference form veterinarian care. Medford seems to cultivate greedy veterinarians who have lost the sensitivity and care and need for animals and pets and people in a tough world. They want money and will only do what they can do to make more money. No mercy for the poor.
