I cannot speak to the experience of the other reviewer and I am sorry for her loss. My husband and I however, have had nothing but positive interaction with the staff a Jackson Animal Hospital. We recently had to make the difficult and heartbreaking decision to put our 19-year-old cat to sleep. Throughout the later years of our kitty's life, the Jackson staff provided us with the necessary information that allowed us to make the decisions we felt were in his best interest. The compassion and professionalism shown by Dr. Hoyt and the office staff during that final day gave us comfort that we were again making the right choice. The fact that they were willing to come into our home instead of us having to cause him stress by transporting him to the office was above and beyond our expectations. The follow-up since then has been wonderful including a touching sympathy card signed by the entire staff. I have no hesitation in continuing to bring our future cats to this clinic. In shari
