Worst

The V Shop charged me over $240 to change a brake hose, front passenger side, and bleed the brakes system. I had purchased the part myself, 12.00. This man also charged me 20.00 ...

Excellent Service 2/20/2011

We were stuck downtown BR on a Sunday. After calling David at home, he arranged to have our Jag towed to the shop and fixed, including regular service and back to us by one o'clock Monday. You can't ask for anything more!!! more

Good Family Owned Business 2/8/2011

My old vehicle started having a lot of problems and they worked hard with me to get me out of it and in to something that suited me better and was dependable.(Volvo S40) A very fair price and a deal that worked out well for both parties. I also notice that many of the people who come in for service are repeats and known by the workers by name. Additionally I saw that people go back to them to purchase cars again. Clear signs that they're running an honest business that cares about making a good impression on their customers. more

My family has always had Volvos and the V-shop has always taken care of them. So, when it came time to purchase my first car - of course, I wanted a Volvo and got one from BRMotion. The people at both are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that I couldn't think of going anywhere else. more

The V Shop Exemplifies Honesty and Excellence 1/19/2011

We've looked to the V-Shop to keep our 1999 Volvo S80 in top running shape for almost five years now. Our most recent experience is an excellent example of the service we have received. When our car suddenly began acting wierd, I brought the car in conveying that I thought we were having transmission problems...we had over 170,000 miles on the car. After extensive examination, we were told that the brakes were the problem, not, the transmission. It doesn't require much sense to know that brakes cost a lot less than a new transmission. I have been bringing our used Volvo to The V Shop for several years now and I have never been disappointed with the services provided to me there. The entire staff has always been courteous and helpful. They have wonderful mechanics/technicians as well as outstanding office personnel. They communicate with you extremely well as far as the service provided to your vehicle is concerned and seem to work hard in keeping you informed/ current on the progress/status of your vehicle. I would have no problem recommending The V Shop to anyone for the repair of their vehicle even if they don't have a Volvo. more

I have confidence in Volvos - I have for years. But, I have even more confidence in the V-Shop and BRMotion. I've been a customer for years - almost since the beginning. I've had lots of maintenance and lots and lots of service. I've bought cars and I got peace of mind with it all. They make me feel like family and there's no price tag on the security and peace of mind I get from that. more
