I have been bringing our used Volvo to The V Shop for several years now and I have never been disappointed with the services provided to me there. The entire staff has always been courteous and helpful. They have wonderful mechanics/technicians as well as outstanding office personnel. They communicate with you extremely well as far as the service provided to your vehicle is concerned and seem to work hard in keeping you informed/ current on the progress/status of your vehicle. I would have no problem recommending The V Shop to anyone for the repair of their vehicle even if they don't have a Volvo.
