I told The V Shop what I wanted and they let me have a loaner call. They called me during the day, told me what transpired and when the car would be ready and how much it would cost. Everything happened like they said it would and it was a smooth process. They addressed every item I wanted them to and my car is doing fine now. more

The V Shop recently did work on my car and my wife's car. I had maintenance work done and a cooling issue fix. It was our first time using them but I am very impressed. Their customer service was good, their service was good and overall I would definitely go back to them. They communicated well and I trust them. more

I cannot say enough good things about the team at the v shop. We overheated in Baton Rouge on I 10 in our land rover. AAA recommended them and I know why! They immediately tended to our land rover and diagnosed the problem. While we waited in their waiting room they had their land rover mechanic on it. They were life savers and had our car fixed in a couple hours! They ran extra diagnostics on it to mak sure all was good before we got back on the road to Texas. I would highly recommend them! Thank you to the team at the V shop! Very impressive. more

The V Shop charged me over $240 to change a brake hose, front passenger side, and bleed the brakes system. I had purchased the part myself, 12.00. This man also charged me 20.00 for brake fluid. When I enquired on hourly labor charge, he told me between 35 and 150 and hour. Beware consumer. If this shop considers bleeding the brake system hi tech, do not let them attempt any real repair! I am updating four days later. I drove my vehicle home from their shop and parked it in it's usual spot in my carport. I have a carport soiled with leaking fluid now! So, not only do they overcharge, they cannot do the overpriced repair correct! My calls to the owner have gone unanswered. more

Management Response: Christine, Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts about your recent service visit. It appears that perhaps you misunderstood the explanation and details given about the job we performed. We did much more than a simple hose replacement and bleed. Both front brake calipers were removed, that hose replaced, and complete brake system "power flushed", not just bled. The accepted labor time guides suggest charging approx. 3.5 hours for what we did. Our charge to you was 2.0 hours at $99.84 for a total of $199.36 labor. Also, since we flushed the entire system it requires approx. 1 litre of Dot 4 (only) fluid, for which your were charged $19.33 (about 1/2 what most dealers charge). Since two of the Volvos are driven by my wife and daughter, it is essential that regular maintenance be performed to make certain there isn't that heart-pounding worry when they drive off. Thanks to the V-Shop and BRMotion (from whom we've also purchased Volvos), I have the peace of mind to know my family is safe. While on a road trip from Wisconsin to Houston, my 2002 Lexus recently serviced and in great condition began to make a noise 5 hours outside of Houston. AAA recommended The V Shop. From the first call to Valerie to our many discussions with the staff at The V Shop and Mr. Cutforth..was A-1 service. It was so disheartened and very scary to be so far from home and having car issues. Bill Cutforth and his staff treated us with grace, kindness, issue was identified quickly and communicated clearly. I couldn't have asked for better individuals to have assisting me when I really didn't know what to do. The V Shop, BRMotion was a God-send. Thank you so much. My parents are still talking about our positive experience. I recently started searching for a car and i dread the pushy car salesman well i find the car that want and went to br motion where i met brian which is like no other salesman i know he wasnt pushy nor did he try to get my ss number before i walked thru the door i was treated with so much hospitality they are all really down to earth but extremely knowledgable and the best part i didnt have to sit there all day brian emailed me all the info he needed gave me top dollar for my trade a few hours later brain called for me to come and get my car it was so wonderful they really care about there clients i will tell anyone avoid all the commotion and go straight to BRmotion ....Thanks again to Brian and all the staff more

One of my girlfriends recommened the V Shop and not too soon. Shortly after I purchased a used Volvo SUV for my daughter, it needed repair work. The V Shop was close to her school and cheaper than the dealership. I've even recommebed it to my mother who lives in Zachary. more

We were stuck downtown BR on a Sunday. After calling David at home, he arranged to have our Jag towed to the shop and fixed, including regular service and back to us by one o'clock Monday. You can't ask for anything more!!! more
