Utopia manages my rental home in San Diego and I couldn't be more excited. For the past three years they've consistently found me great tenants and their range of service has taken a load right off my shoulders. No issues so far. I am very happy with them. more

So far, I have been very satisfied with Utopia Management. They have been very responsive and very professional, and they do what they promise. They manage my rental properties, so they're in charge of finding tenants and some maintenance and all this. more

I didn't know how to go about renting a house I own, so I hired Utopia to help me. I'm so grateful to have had a chance to work with such a caring and thoughtful person who could put up with me! I had many worries and issues and I was so happy after it was rented and with the tenant they chose. I called her up to make sure understood how much she helped me because I had a different situation than she usually deals with. Utopia has the best employees! more

When I had to move to LA for a teaching job I was so upset, I love my downtown condo. I tried to sell the property but with the way prices have dropped I couldn?t get the money I needed. Dealing with Utopia was easy from the beginning and continues to be so. The first person I met at my house was fantastic and gave me great inexpensive ideas to get my place ready to rent. Within days of our meeting my property was advertised. I especially like the video of my property on their website. We were able to rent my place quickly and it has been a huge stress relief having them take care of my place. more

I only hired Utopia a month ago, but so far I am very happy with the results. Over the course of the last 30 days, they have been very attentive and helpful. I did what they recommended I do, and we were able to find renters within 1 week. more

I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about using Utopia's services after reading all the crazy reviews on Yelp. But , and sometimes to my own detriment, I am a ""need to judge for myself"" kind of person. So I signed up with them and handed over my condo. The whole process was pretty painless. They cleaned up my condo and got it ready for the new tenants. That ended up being a relief since I was trying to move my own family. ( The only thing I wasn't expecting was that there are a lot of things that tenants expect from landlords. I didn't think my home needed to be painted, but the management company encouraged me to do so. They were right....) Anyway, they put a great family in my home in just about 4 weeks and it has been smooth sailing since then. The maintenance coordinator is very helpful and my manager, though not always in her office, is very knowledgeable and responsive to my calls and e-mails. So, yep, I am a fan! I would personally recommend them to my friends. more

Utopia management is BAD BUSINESS 8/28/2012

Good Afternoon,\r \r I was warned that Utopia Management wasn't a good company to rent from that there are allot of complaints. I didn't listen because I figure everybody has different experiences with different people. Well I learned the hard way. We deceided not to sign the lease (husband) because of the lack of professionalism Michelle displayed. There was tension on the first meet, when you call she doesn't return your phone calls until 3 days later, in order for me to get an answer I had to take off of work and go and see her and that is when this situation was addressed. Even though the lease isn't signed she's keeping our security deposit for damages. She said in order for the lease to be valid my husband and I both have to sign the lease, she said she did not say that (liar). She said that there is a fee to readvertise the house the house is still being advertised all of the internet (liar) I looked myself its all over the place. This company is BAD BAD BAD, they are thieves. M more

I do not ever write to these things but I have had the best experience with this company over all of the rental companies I have ever gone threw, An I just wanted other people to know that this is a great company to rent from or to have your home Managed by. I have had nothing but great experiences with Utopia Management they have always called me back in a timely manner, Plus any problems I have had with maintenance issues they have taken care of for me within a reasonable time. more

Johana has managed this property & my lease since 10/10. She was accomodating, fair & customer oriented. I am happy w/ utopia mgmt & my rental property, this is all due to Johana. Thank you! The person that took care of my emergency on property (broken water heater) while I was out of the country on vacation. Theis person called me & made sure the emergency was being taken cared off. The property is secure & easing my concerns while I was out of town. more

The staff at Utopia impressed me with their professionalism right from the start. They met me at my rental house and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. great timely job 8/4/2012

since moving in about 3 wks ago, we've had several challenge with house things that needed repair, in particular a drain that leaked wanter into wall and floor. maintenance has responded wonderfully, in prompt manner. multiple services were involved to ensure water gone and no residual damage. only painting now remains victor in particular and his staff have been great. giving calls in advance and arriving at designated time; minimizing impact on my work, which was in office where flood occurred thanx more
