I have live in one of the many buildings that they manage for three years and I am very great full and happy to be with them.. Utopia Management 5/8/2014

Utopia Management has terrific customer service when it comes to plumbing problems. My kitchen faucet began leaking nonstop. Manny, a Utopia plumber arrived that afternoon and didn't just fix the faucet. Oh no, he installed a brand new one and left the work area clean and neat. 3 cheers for Manny and Utopia Management. more

I have lived in an Utopia 4/30/2014

I have lived in an Utopia apartment for almost two years now. And as soon as I moved in, I noticed that they are there to serve you almost 24/7. They have gone out of their way to assist us in any problem we have. We're a happy couple and their customer service has been more than wonderful. In the past month, our landlord has even checked on previous problems that were fixed. A smile or a good morning can get you very far. more

I had an appointment yesterday (Saturday) to see a house. I was very impressed with the agent who showed me the place. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. And he didn't bug me. He allowed me to look at the place without following me around and when I had questions answered them. I did apply for the property. Thanks! more

I am very pleased to say that I love this company. I am so happy that I found them. they have been an extra help to me in all the up's and down's I have had.my agent is the best at problem solving. Great maintenance team, terrible company (look on yelp) 4/8/2014

We had excellent maintenance service thanks to all the technicians that ever came to our home . Armanda Zapien was timely, precise and efficient. He is an excellent employee. And thanks to him, Utopia is boosting its poor rating (the rating here is given to this employee). As far as the rest of this company is concerned, I would give one to two stars, just as hundreds of others customers have done on YELP. This company is, ironically, no "utopia". more

I am very satisfied with the staff of Utopia. They are very prompt in sending Courtesy Statements each month to remind me to pay my rent. I like that. The courtyard is always very well maintained, beautiful. Complex is very clean and quite Richard the manager in our building is wonderful and is doing a great job. more

I have been a tenant for 1 year or so. Although there have been some maintenance issues, they have always responded quickly and performed all repairs in a fair time frame and I appreciate their service to me as a tenant more
