know i know why u.s. govenrment wants & needs to close post offices & why people avoid this one at all costs. waited in line for passport behind 2 others patrons for well over an hour without a response or acknowledgement, then walked out. without a doubt the worst post office i have ever been to & i have lived in 4 states. numerous employees walking aimlessly around most with coffee mugs in hand, helping no-one, only worse places for service are menards & home depot, but you dont have to wait a lifetime to get the hell out. however is post master general here needs to be terminated, any other business that runs this inefficent, would be out of business in less than 6 months.. WHAT A JOKE
