What ever happened to ""neither rain, sleet or snow your mail gets through"". Seems that getting your mail in a timely fashion is no longer available. You either get your neighbors mail two blocks away or they just skip your block all together. With the prices of postage on a Constant increase you would think you would get service. After all, service of mail delivery is all they do.
