I recently brought my Airstream in for service and had a wonderful experience. I scheduled an appointment in advance, the manager was awaiting my arrival and quickly got me in the shop. I had my bearings repacked, new Kodiak brake pads installed, and a new skylight installed. The service took just under 3 hours start to finish, which is reasonable for what was done. During that time, the manager(I think his name was Steve) walked me through some new Airstream trailers to show me some of the new features and even asked if I would like some water or coffee. The prices seemed a bit on the high side but I would surely take my Airstream to them again. You pay for good service.
