For a special occasion like New Years, you definately need to have a special dessert. My favorite indulgence has to be tiramisu. The best I've tasted, and I've had alot, has to be from Upstair's at Varalli's. I haven't anything else besides the tiramsu there. They've mastered the perfect combination of flavors of espresso, liquer, mascarpone cheese, and cream. It is blended together without any one flavor overpowering the others. Uhmmm!
