I'm wondering if some of these people just have sour grapes in their system, or maybe have unreasonable expectations and want to be greeted with a red carpet every time they come in.
I've only been a box holder there for 4 months now, but Mr. Desai (the owner) has been nice and helpful to me every time I come in. I don't know him personally, and I just moved to Cary, so I have no reason to say any of this except that it's the truth.
