I've had several packages delivered from the Stafford hub and they're always on time and safely delivered I've never had any problems with this hub

Horrible service, more than 2 times had me waiting for a package and it came back next business day. When they switch drivers is really horrible because the drivers are different...

U.P.S. was supposed to deliver $100 worth of blue crabs shipped via overnight delivery from Va. Beach, Va. to Houston, Texas. Shipped Thursday December 20. 2012 to arrive Friday December 21, 2012. NOT DELIVERED FRIDAY AS PROMISED. CAN'T GET ANYONE AT U.P.S.STAFFORD, TEXAS ON THE PHONE. It is now Saturday, December 22, 2012 10:30 AM and somewhere in the UPS system $100 worth of blue crabs are sitting waiting to spoil and there is no way to get these people on the phone.\r \r I don't know who's running this outfit but they are a bunch of bums, expecially compared to the stellar service you get from \r FedEx !\r \r Advice: If you have a choice, DON'T USE U.P.S. !\r \r Merry Christmas 2012 everyone and stay away from U.P.S. more

Delivery Scam:\r Today is the third time in a month that UPS has failed to deliver a 1 day or 2 day package. They do not come to the door. They do not leave an info-notice. At the end of their work day they just scan all packages left on their truck as failed delivery attempts and head home. more

Horrible service, more than 2 times had me waiting for a package and it came back next business day. When they switch drivers is really horrible because the drivers are different, some are responsible and others not. My opinion is that UPS can do the best but not always, Fedex still number 1 if you put them 1 to 1, face to face. I am not satisfied with UPS service at all. UPS needs responsible drivers for sure. more

horrific driver 3/14/2011

I have always used UPS for my deliver service, I have always had great service until I moved to Missouri City and got stuck with the worst driver in town. He works out of the Stafford location. He has returned almost ALL my packages to the sender. He does not leave notes that he even attempted a delivery. He is awful!!!!\r \r PLEASE whoever is responsible for the drivers in Stafford find a person that wants to work and take pride in what they do! more

The WORST delivery service imaginable 3/14/2011

I hope someone at UPS corporate reads these reviews and does something about the service at UPS stafford. \r \r After reading the numerous reviews about this particular UPS, I'm shocked that something drastic hasn't been done to improve customer service. \r \r I had 2 fairly packages that were to be delivered to me on 3/14/11. First, I requested to have someone call me before the packages were delivered, I also request that the ups drive knock loudly so I could hear (not that I couldn't hear them, just to make sure they didn't lie about delivering to my door) Of course, neither happened. I live in a apartment complex and the LARGE packages were dropped off at the office, Normally, I would understand if there was a leasing office policy but there was none. After talking to the leasing office who signed for my packages, I was told that the drive SHOULD HAVE MADE A ATTEMPT to come to my door but that didn't happen either. I'm not sure why I got no call nor a delivery to my door. Needless to say that I had to manually carry these packages to my door (packages over 75lbs) and in the rain. I'm belive that the driver just didn't want to get wet (or do his job)\r \r After doing some research on this particular UPS, I found many reivews and I guesstimate that over 95% of them are negative and now, I fully understand why. I can only hope that management reads these reviews and take them to heart, \r \r I can only say that I WILL NOT USE UPS to deliver any packages and I will ask any company I use to use another carrier service to deliver packages to me. I wish I could rate this review NO STARS for I feel even 1-star is too much for them.\r more

What is the Problem these People????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3/9/2011

On Monday, I received a notice on my door stating that UPS was not able to deliver a COD package. I wrote a check for the amount of the COD, put in in an envelope addressed to UPS, and attached it with the UPS notice to my front door. On Tuesday, I found my check, the original notice, and a second notice stating that a signature was required to deliver the package. I immediately signed the back of the second notice and placed it back on the door along with the original notice and the check. On Wednesday, I received a final attempt notice stating that a signature was required in person.\r \r At this point, I immediately called the 1-800 number for UPS and was told that the shipping manifest stated that the package was COD but that it did not indicate that a signature was required to deliver the package. I told the representative that I was aware that no signature was required because I had received numerous COD packages from that shipper. He stated that unfortunately the package had already been scanned ""return to sender"" but that he would have someone call me from the Stafford, TX location to attempt to stop the return of my package. \r \r I received a call from the Stafford, TX location the next morning stating that the package had been returned because the driver needed a money order instead of a personal check for the COD charges. I told him that this had never been a requirement in the past and if it was a new requirement, there was no indication on either of the 3 notices that this was the case. He stated that this particular driver had many customers in the past that wrote bad checks for their COD packages and that he ended up having to pay out of his own pocket to cover the cost of the checks. I told him that this was ridiculous because the envelope that contained my check had never even been opened so the driver had no way of knowing if it was a check or a money order!!! He stated that if the driver received checks from me in the past, he probably already knew that there was a check in the envelope so he did not bother to open it. \r \r I told him that this whole thing was a joke and that they were all totally incompetent!!! If the driver had a problem with receiving a personal check, he should have stated that on one of the three notices!! Are we expected to read their minds? From all indications on the notices, the problem was a signature (which the shipper did not require), not a personal check vs. a money order!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r I am so over these people!! If you have another choice for a carrier, please take the other choice!!!!!!!!!!! Take my advise and save yourself the hassle of dealing with morons!!!! more

The Ups company is getting worst by the minute. I've been waiting at home the whole day for my package. Its now almost 8pm and I haven't seen the stupid truck. This is not the first time its happened either. Ugh...Im so mad!!! more

My past experience with UPS over the last 5 years was good, but last Friday, the UPS driver stuck the notice of attempt to deliver on the gate pad going into my townhouse complex. No reason was checked for not being able to deliver - apparently he/she couldn't figure out how to dial me and get me to open the gate. I've never had this problem before, and I've never had to let one of the drivers in. Now that I'm back at work & it's Monday, if the same driver attempts to deliver again I won't be home! I'll end up missing work and driving halfway across Houston to pick up my package. more

Worst of of the worst. 11/23/2010

It just happened many times that. I am at home waiting for the packages many times, no one ever ring the door bell or knock on my door. When I open my door and check if they leave the package at my front door, there is only a ""Failed to delivery notice"" on my door. The first couple time I through it my door bell not working, but I checked and the bell is good and after a few times, I am sure the ups guy just put the notice on my door without even trying to give me my packages. All they did were just to put the notice on your door and have you go to the ups office to pack up your packages. worst service. more

Grand Theft 11/3/2009

At least one of UPS's employee's is a thief. No accountability exists at UPS. My $2900+ package went missing at the Stafford facility. I'm not talking about from a doorstep, it disappeared from their terminal. It was a gas calibration kit that was being returned to my former employer. There is no way an outsider walked into their controlled terminal and removed my package. Cons: no integrity more

worst shipping hub ever 8/26/2009

Five packages(not by choice) in two years and they got one right. I have fairly new address, which can cause problem, but with my phone # they have made no effort to contact for directions or to inform me of anything. They even sent a package back once because of failed to deliver, no one home. Complete B.S. because the driver admitted to me that he could not find address. USE FED_EX OR USPS, HELL EVEN DHL before these losers. Cons: uneducated and dont care more

i received a call in the a.m explaining my package would be delivered today and i needed to sign. i need this package so i stayed home from work. the dumba** delivery guy forgot the package and they will not allow me to pick it up. these people are morons more

horrible service, did you know that you can't find out the name of the delivery person who screwed up your delivery? you can't report them so you look bad and the idiot who did terrible work gets away. did you know you can work there and not know how to read or know the difference in numbers? example if it says suite 150 they'll deliver it to room 400 , complete idiots who pass your complaint around to so many other employees no one ever listens to it or does anything about what happened-USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
