U.P.S. was supposed to deliver $100 worth of blue crabs shipped via overnight delivery from Va. Beach, Va. to Houston, Texas. Shipped Thursday December 20. 2012 to arrive Friday December 21, 2012. NOT DELIVERED FRIDAY AS PROMISED. CAN'T GET ANYONE AT U.P.S.STAFFORD, TEXAS ON THE PHONE. It is now Saturday, December 22, 2012 10:30 AM and somewhere in the UPS system $100 worth of blue crabs are sitting waiting to spoil and there is no way to get these people on the phone.\r

I don't know who's running this outfit but they are a bunch of bums, expecially compared to the stellar service you get from \r
FedEx !\r

Advice: If you have a choice, DON'T USE U.P.S. !\r
