Gas heating check up 3/26/2018

Great service. Set up a convenient appointment for me a few weeks ago. Received a confirmation call a few days prior. Tech showed up on time - actually a little early which was great for me. Did the check up, cleaned the burners and checked the operation of the system. Clean, on time and very friendly. Cant ask for more. more

Quick patient and seemless 3/21/2018

We received a estimate on the very same day we called to inquire. John is extremely helpful and most importantly honest. He answered all our questions and even explained the difference in the unit we currently have to the new one. On the day of signing the contract John came out in the middle of a nor’easter to ensure we were set up. He took his time and answer additional questions. He has made the process stress free and for that I am grateful more

SERVICES WAS GREAT 3/21/2018

Rich was professional and called before arriving.He showed me what needed to be replaced and explain why we weren't getting heat.He also cleaned up after he was done.I'm glad you have professional workers. Keep up the good work :) more

I was thrilled with the serviceman who Universe Appliance sent over. His name is Paul S. He was very knowledgeable. I had to replace my instant hot dispenser. I called Insinkerator and Paul got on the phone and explained what I needed. I ordered an new instant hot and immediately called Universe Appliance and asked for Paul to come and install it. He installed my instant hot quickly and very neatly. I would definitely ask for him again. more

Tim was Great 3/13/2018

Tim came in and immediately addressed our boiler issue. His pleasant demeanor was welcomed and he made sure that all base boards were functioning as well as a tutorial of our thermostat. We are new to the house and did not know how to work it and Was a great help. Thank you Tim and Universe. Your service is truly appreciated. more

A good company my family also uses them, mechanics know what they are doing and do a nice clean job. Last May they installed a complete new HVAC unit very happy with it . They do things the right way. I was in the business for 37 years so I know what they did is right. more
