I was thrilled with the serviceman who Universe Appliance sent over. His name is Paul S. He was very knowledgeable. I had to replace my instant hot dispenser. I called Insinkerator and Paul got on the phone and explained what I needed. I ordered an new instant hot and immediately called Universe Appliance and asked for Paul to come and install it. He installed my instant hot quickly and very neatly. I would definitely ask for him again.
