Tim came in and immediately addressed our boiler issue. His pleasant demeanor was welcomed and he made sure that all base boards were functioning as well as a tutorial of our thermostat. We are new to the house and did not know how to work it and Was a great help. Thank you Tim and Universe. Your service is truly appreciated.
