They charged me $100 to make my platinum engagement ring smaller... The woman working there talked me into making it far too small. When I picked up the ring, she was engaged in a conversation with someone else and did not even acknowledge me. The ring was given back alone - missing the piece which was cut out. When I asked for it back, she told me they charge extra if you want the piece back!!! I demanded they return it for free. It took them 10 minutes to find the piece, then it was rudely handed back. Now I have to have it resized again to make it bigger... Needless to say, I will go anywhere else!!!
Cons: rude, overpriced, horrible customer service
