This is an incredibly unprofessional business. I don't care what kind of discount they give; it's not worth it. I bought a new setting for my engagement ring 6 weeks ago, and I have brought it back three (yes, three) times. Each time I wait and wait for one of the owners/employees to finish personal conversations before they'll ask me if I need something. Each time the person helping me with my repair - diamonds fell out (!) - seemed incredibly unknowledgeable. They have never apologized for the wait, bad service, issues with my new ring or the continuing repairs. Believe me, it's not worth the frustration.
