I had my RV Norcold refrigerator serviced at your shop a while ago. I want to compliment you on your super service personnel. Sonya was a great help to us in getting things going. Because of her care and concern, we were able to leave on our vacation on time. Please extend my thanks to Dave Sturges, your shop foreman, who got things stated promptly so that the job would be finished on time. I would also like to thank Wayne Walker and Mike Chastain who worked hard on my rig. They did a great job with a few extra touches that were very important. We had a great vacation and our refrigerator worked better than ever. Please pass on our gratitude for the great service to your fine service staff. more

Just wanted to send you a short note of appreciation for recommending the water softener for my coach. We now have consistent water no matter where we happen to be. The showers are much better and the unit is easy to recycle after a couple of weeks. more
