We want to thank you for the care and consideration that was shown to us when we recently "stayed with you" for several days. We very much appreciated being able to stay onsite while we waited for parts to arrive from Dometic for our inoperative refrigerator. James Cox went out of his way to ensure that we were looked after and had whatever information we needed while spending time in the Holtom/Fort Worth area. He is definitely an asset to your company. We would also like to thank David your Shop Foreman for ensuring that the refrigerator was working before we left. I have enclosed a copy of a letter that we sent to Good Sam and Canadian R.V Club Explorers recommending your company to any rv'ers traveling through the Fort Worth area.
